Choose the right type of break

  • There are 4 types of breaks
    • Social break
    • Snack break
    • Relaxation break
      • ~Example doing nothing or just sleeping
      • Cognitive break
        • ~Example reading book and scrolling social media such as instagram
      • We tend to think cognitive break is a good thing. But is actually not really a break. Our brain is still working hard when we're scrolling social media or reading a book
        • The most effective way to break is to just do nothing, sleep. Or chat with your coworker (social break)
