When we started to make our bed, we will get the feeling that we want to continue other things. Such as tidying up our room, washing our clothing, working out, and etc
That feeling is what I called with The Law Of Productivity Momentum
But the opposite is also true. Once we started doing something not productive, we tend to continue doing non productive things.
~Example : When started scrolling instagram, we tend to keep scrolling
~Reminds Me me about Newton's first law about inertia
An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force .
Meaning, if do not do anything, we will keep not doing anything.
If we're doing something productive, we will keep doing something productive
If we're doing something non productive, we will keep doing something non productive
This law applies on a small scale and on a big scale
In a micro scale, the example I mentioned above, about making our bed
On a slightly bigger scale. If we started doing something productive in the morning. We will tend to be more productive throughout our days.
I can't stress anymore about how important is this morning time
There are already a lot of books talking about this
is there any example of a company / organization / group of people who started doing something productive. Then tend to continue doing something productive.
Or perhaps at individual level, someone who's doing something productive in long term. Tends to keep doing it.
Maybe an athele? Ulama? scientist? Is it related to this law?
